Mr and Mrs Simons
28 Regency Square
Brighton
East Sussex BN1 2FH

Recapture an age of elegance, pride and achievement in a house owned from 1870-86 by Jane, Dowager Duchess of Marlborough, great grandmother of Sir Winston Churchill. Sit in the drawing room where as a little boy he must have met this great lady. Relax on the balcony and gaze across the lawned square and out to sea at a scene which has changed little since these early days.

Contemporary with the Royal Pavilion, this Regency town house was built as a private dwelling in 1820 and retains much of its original interior, which has been sensitively refurbished in a style evocative of the period. English Heritage has recognised its uniqueness by granting the house a Grade II listing and by starring its interior
